new sermon series beginning september 8 – family
While all churches are one in Christ, each congregation is given a unique calling and culture for how they are to make disciples and live out the gospel. At Grace, our calling and culture are described in the acronym FAMILY. This Fall we are going to take a deeper look at the Scriptures that have shaped our calling as the FAMILY of Grace.
F – Following Jesus
A – Authentic Diversity
M – Missional Community
I – Impacting the City
L – Living from the Gospel
Y – Yielding to the Spirit

**No GraceKids Classes September 1st**
Fall Congregational Voting is open through August 31: A link has been sent to Covenantors through Realm to vote on the proposed budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. If you have any questions, they may be directed to: FinanceTeam@gracegso.org
One Service, One Family: We will have one combined service every Sunday at 10am from July 7 – Sept 1, as well as treats afterward on the lawn.
GraceKids Promotion Sunday – September 8: It’s time to promote them to their upcoming grades. Children who are 3 years of age and older may be moving up to a new class for the 2024-2025 Sunday School year (depending on their age and grade level). When you check your child in at the kiosk, please check their name tag to see which classroom they’ve been assigned.
Men’s Pigskin Preview – September 8: Men, stick around after second service and join us for football, food, and fellowship as we watch some NFL games and hear more about out upcoming Men’s Weekend in October. We will have games on in the Eagle’s Nest and maybe even get our own game of football going on the back lawn. RSVP on HERE to help us plan for food!
Youth Fall Kickoff – September 8: Grace Youth is kicking off on Sunday, September 8 for students in grades 6-12. There will be games, prizes, snacks, student-led worship, teaching and small group time. Start the year off right by making some new friends!
Women’s Fall Fellowship – September 15: Ladies! We are so excited to get together again! Join us in the Eagle’s Nest directly after 10am worship for lunch, games and fellowship. This year we will press into our theme “Serve One Another.” Come meet our Women’s Council and get connected with ladies at Grace!
Baptism – September 22: Baptism is an important step in our faith journey. We believe the Lord Jesus Christ instituted two ordinances to be observed by all believers until His return, Baptism and The Lord’s Supper (Communion). Their observance by all believers is urged (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26). If you would like to take this step in your walk with Jesus, please register on Realm.

- In person services 8:30am & 10am (no 8:30am service during the summer)

WEDNESDAY: Wednesday Community Fellowship dinner is provided every Wednesday at 5:45pm in our sanctuary. All who need a hot meal are welcome! Children may be served with their parents.

Family Groups – Get involved in a community here at Grace…we were never meant to do life alone! The FAMILY acronym is also lived out through our small groups called FAMILY groups.
