As a church, we have set aside the month of November to consider how God is asking us to be a people who practically care for vulnerable kids, both before and after their birth.
We will do this in 3 ways:
1) Sharing stories and opportunities – Each Sunday we will hear from a family at Grace who is caring for kids in real ways and from an agency who works with kids and families. There will be manned tables in the Eagle’s Nest after services to speak with families and agencies about adoption, fostering, etc.
2) Growing the Network of Grace Families who have brought children into their homes
3) Prayer – Our prayer space will be open throughout the month of November in the Eagle’s Nest. You may book time in the prayer space with this link beginning November 3.
CONTACT US: Are you a family that has been involved in adoption, fostering, abortion, adoption from family members, etc? We want to create a network so you can connect with other families going through similar experiences, both so you can support one another, and so we can know how best to pray for and support you! Please email Lee at lsimmons@gracegso.org to let her know a bit about your family’s journey so we might include you in this group as it forms.
