Events and Reminders:
Baptism on the Lawn and Potluck – August 25 9:00am: We are excited to gather together to celebrate baptisms, share a potluck lunch and play field day games!! Meet in the sanctuary for worship (kids too!) and bring your lawn chairs for baptism on the front lawn. If you have a canopy, please bring it to help with shade. Sign-up HERE to register for the potluck. If you would like to be baptized, please sign-up on Realm.
One Service, One Family: We will have one combined service every Sunday at 10am from July 7 – Sept 1, as well as treats afterward on the lawn. (August 25 service begins at 9am.)
Better Together Mass Choir – August 6,7, 13 & 14 7-9pm: Adult singers are invited to 4 practices in preparation for Baptism on the Lawn Sunday. Meet in the sanctuary.
Kids Choir Practice – August 11 & 18 11:30am: Kids 4-12 are welcome to practice songs for Baptism on the Lawn Sunday. Meet us in room 207.
FAMILY Group Interest Meeting – August 18: Come up to room 204 directly after morning worship to hear about the importance of groups, what to expect from group life, and how groups have blessed some key people in our church. Meet group leaders and consider joining a group!
WCF Casserole Nights – Every 4th Wednesday: Grace Family! Let’s make some yummy Chicken Divan Casseroles for our Wednesday night guests. See details and recipe here, or RSVP on the Realm event today!
Do you know our “FAMILY” Acronym and What it Means?
Our Mission: To make disciples who live from the gospel, crossing ethnic and economic lines.
How We Pursue Our Mission: At Grace, we have adopted the FAMILY acronym, which helps explain our goals as a church:
F – Following Jesus
A – Authentic Diversity
M – Missional Community
I – Impacting the City
L – Living from the Gospel
Y – Yielding to the Spirit
The FAMILY acronym is also lived out through our small groups, which we call FAMILY groups. These are blended so that anyone may join one (regardless of marital status, age, etc.). They are how we grow in our discipleship together as a church FAMILY and make an impact for the Lord!
WEEKLY AT GRACE
SUNDAY: Join us for worship in person or online every Sunday….
- In person services 8:30am & 10am (no 8:30am service during the summer)
- Online services – Regular Sunday Services are livestreamed at 10am on our You Tube Channel ..OR our Facebook Live Feed. Catch up on any you missed by clicking these links.
WEDNESDAY: Wednesday Community Fellowship dinner is provided every Wednesday at 6pm in our sanctuary. All who need a hot meal are welcome! Children may be served with their parents.
