April 28th is our annual SERVE Sunday! We will meet together for worship at 9 am then head out into the community to serve! Work sites are open from 10am to noon. WE NEED YOU! Consider encouraging your discipleship community or your group of friends to sign up together. Be sure to bring work gloves and if you have appropriate tools (gardening tools, trash pickers) please bring them as well. T-shirts are available for a $10 donation in the Eagle’s Nest.

NOTE: “kid-friendly” refers to ages 4 and up.

-Assembling science classroom tables (attaching legs to 20-30 tables)
-Paint 3 wooden picnic tables (green)- paint provided
-bring garden tools, gloves, tool box

Peck Elementary
-30 volunteers (kid-friendly)
-simple outdoor cleaning
-bring work gloves, trash pickers

Glenwood Together Project (at Grace Community Church)
-15 volunteers (kid-friendly)
-assemble toiletry bags for adults

At Urban Farm
-8-10 volunteers (kid-friendly)
-bring own garden gloves

Pregnancy Network (at Grace Community Church)
-10-12 volunteers (prefers ages 10 and up)
-clean mobile unit – inside, outside, and organizing compartments

Hope Academy
-20 volunteers
-cleaning, organizing, possibly a little garden work
-bring work gloves, empty boxes for books, and wipes to clean laptops
