Gene and Melissa Harter are living in southern Germany working with Greater Europe Mission (GEM). Gene is currently the Director and Melissa is the Assistant Director of GEM Teams. GEM Teams is focused on mobilizing, facilitating and leading short term mission trips throughout Europe.
