Hey Grace Family,
It was nice to “gather” with you on Sunday for worship. We wanted to update you on how things at the church will be working over the next two weeks (at least):
- We will broadcast worship and preaching via Facebook Live for the next two Sundays, March 22 and 29. We will have the worship team live here at Grace with the preacher, so streaming issues should be taken care of.
- The church office will be closed, with staff working from home or at the office as they feel comfortable. If you need to drop something off at the church, please email supportstaff@gracegso.org to coordinate a time.
- The pastoral staff are still working, and we are available to talk, pray, and shepherd. You can reach out to the pastoral staff via their contact info on the web site, or you can call the Pastor On Call line 336-455-9654.
- All events are canceled except for the WE Shelter and the Wednesday Community Fellowship meal (which will be served “to go”).
- Please continue to give towards the church’s operating budget as you are able. You can give via Realm, by texting Gracegso to 73256, by mailing checks to 643 W Gate City Blvd, 27403, or by dropping your offering in the black box outside the door at Entrance A.
- As a reminder, we are praying through Psalm 91 each day for our city, our nation, and the world.
We are called to be disciples of Jesus who Follow Jesus, are being Transformed by the Gospel, and who live on Mission with the Holy Spirit, no matter how uncertain the world around us may seem. Let’s ask Jesus to show us how to be disciples today, in this time.
